Ellsworth Correctional Facility is seeking competitive bids for Window Front Replacement at their facility. The Ellsworth Correctional Facility is accepting bids to replace the windows and frames in bldg.1 and one door frame and door with hardware. We are also replacing the windows and frames in bldg.8. All bidders shall provide in writing the specifications and performance of the work that will be performed. The contractor shall be responsible to obtain any Construction Approvals prior to starting work. A walk through shall be completed at the completion of the scope of work. Scope of Work: BLDG 1 - Replace Window Frames and Glass, and one frame and door with hardware. o All materials shall be a clear anodized finish and glazed with gray over low-e units with silver panel in the lower 1/3 of frames. o Door hardware: continuous hinge, van Duprin concealed panic bar, lever trim, LCN 4040XP w/ cush & stop arm. o Materials shall Include: (1) 36" x 84" 150 series door & 1450T door frame. (1) 233-1/2" x 96" Window frame. (1) 326" x 96" Window frame. Scope of Work: BLDG 8 - Replace Window Frames and Glass. o Materials shall be clear anodized finish and glazed with gray over clear units and silver panels. o If there is no steel Lintel above the existing steel windows the awarded contractor will not be responsible for the damage to the overhead cement block.
