Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bedford, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources capable of performing Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades at the Bedford VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes construction services to support the deployment of the new EHR system. This involves upgrades to existing infrastructure such as electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and security systems to meet the technical requirements of the EHRM program. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with VA specifications and standards. Location: Bedford VAMC This project is planned for advertising in early to mid-October 2025. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00 The duration of the project is currently estimated at 730 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
