Town of Hamden is launching a critical infrastructure initiative to address foundation issues affecting homes in the Newhall neighborhood. These issues stem from historic soil contamination remediation efforts and underlying soil conditions that continue to impact residential properties. This project represents a significant commitment by the Town to ensure the long-term stability and safety of affected homes. The Town is seeking proposals from qualified, responsible vendors to serve as Program and Construction Manager (PCM) for the Newhall Foundations Project. The selected PCM will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive repair program addressing foundation issues and the resultant structural damage, and water intrusion problems at affected properties in partnership with the Town and property owners. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The anticipated period of performance is October 2025 through October 2028 The Town of Hamden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals; to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hamden.
