Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamden, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Hamden is launching a critical infrastructure initiative to address foundation issues affecting homes in the Newhall neighborhood. These issues stem from historic soil contamination remediation efforts and underlying soil conditions that continue to impact residential properties. This project represents a significant commitment by the Town to ensure the long-term stability and safety of affected homes. The Town is seeking proposals from qualified, responsible vendors to serve as Program and Construction Manager (PCM) for the Newhall Foundations Project. The selected PCM will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive repair program addressing foundation issues and the resultant structural damage, and water intrusion problems at affected properties in partnership with the Town and property owners. The anticipated period of performance is August 2025 through December 2027. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
