A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bid 2948 Sidewalk Replacement Program 2025-2026 The Town of Hamden is seeking competitive bids for replacement of concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, concrete driveway aprons, ADA compliant handicap ramps, walk-ups, walk-outs and other related work at various locations throughout the Town. Locations will be assigned to the successful bidders on an "as needed and determined" basis. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO. SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of these specifications is to obtain a Contractor that will furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to install concrete sidewalks, concrete ADA and PROWAG compliant sidewalk ramps, concrete curbing, and other related work, complete in place, on various streets, as required by first class construction practices for work of this type, and/or as ordered by the Town of Hamden Engineering Department. Such work shall be performed on an as-needed/as-determined basis. Incidental work not otherwise listed above shall be included when required by manufacturer's instructions and/or first-class construction methods.
