Waite-Mather Bridge Replacement Connecticut Bridge No. 04168 (Waite St.) & 061-019 (Mather St.) The Town of Hamden is looking for qualified professionals to complete the necessary investigations, public engagement and design work to develop final design plans, specifications and provide design services during construction for the replacement of two bridges: the Waite Street bridge over Lake Whitney and the Mather Street bridge over Lake Whitney. The respondent will make recommendation to the Town regarding the tasks below and assist the Town in developing a set of construction documents that complies with the CTDOT's Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program. It is the sole responsibility of the responder to see that the proposal is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening.
