The project will start on site in September of 2025 and finish by August 8, 2026 to allow occupancy for Fall 2026 semester. of work The scope includes, but not limited to the following trades: site demo, utilities, earth-work, paving, landscaping and irrigation, fencing, structural concrete, brick, cast stone and ICF Walls, structural steel, railing, cabinetry & millwork, TP metal. roofing, sheet expansion joints, metal wall panels, EIFS, air barriers & sealants, hollow metal, hardware, wood doors, accordion fire door, aluminum storefront and curtainwall, light gauge & structural metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall treatments, tape, bed & painting, wall covering, carpet, resilient, and tile, signage, division 10 specialties, quartz counters, window treatments, fire suppression, HVAC, building management controls, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and telecom. All bids must be submitted on Lingo Bid Form, to include all affidavits to be considered responsive. All bids totaling $50,000.00 or more must be accompanied by bid security in the form of certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of amount bid. Lingo Construction and Putnam City Schools reserve to right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all bid minor irregularities in accordance with Title 61 of Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act.
