A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The bid consists of 5 projects broken up into 3 plan sets. 2. Baseball Field consists of select demolition to baseball concessions. New visitor dugout, home dugout, and restrooms. New official suite, new artificial turf, new seating, ticket booth, plaza paving, bleachers. Demolition to softball concessions/press box, both dugouts, restrooms. All new artificial turf, new visitor seating, home seating, new press box, new concessions, new ticket booth, new decorative fence, and new parking. 3. Transportation and Warehouse is the Select interior demolition of two facilities, Transportation Office & Warehouse building. New insulated tempered Low-E glazing, new hollow metal frames, and new millwork, and access control. Select demolition of plumbing fixtures, installation of new fixtures. Patch walls and floors as needed, new flooring, salvage toilet accessories, select plumbing and ductwork. 4. John Glenn Elementary is the renovation to create a secure vestibule 5. Additional work as indicated on the drawings. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a Construction Manager contract.
