Additionally, Florida Department of Transportation Standards for Road and Bridge Construction, ASTM and other specifications herein are made a part of the contract documents by reference. The project, in general, involves the maintenance of an existing seawall, consisting of repairs to its concrete cap & well points, and installation of weep holes. The location and scope of these repairs will be as directed in the field by the engineer and will be paid per the unit as measured by the engineer and at the unit price as stated in the proposal.
