Request for Qualifications/proposal for Cso General Engineering Services for the City of Paterson. Proposers are required to comply with regulations of the "New Jersey Local Public Contract Law" (N.S.A.40A:11-1 et. Seq.), Affirmative Action Regulations N.J.S.A.10:5-31et Seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, and the New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Act N.J.S.A.52:32-44 (P.L.2004, c57) Additional Information: The City of Paterson owns and operates its combined sewer system. Wastewater collected by the City system is conveyed to PVSC for treatment. The City of Paterson system includes combined sewer facilities and overflows in its jurisdiction. As such the City has an NJPDES permit for its Combined Sewer Overflow facilities. The City is seeking a consultant to coordinate the various activities associated with the operation of its Combined Sewer System. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
