The City of Paterson Seeks Experienced Historic Restoration General Contractors Who Specializes in the Installation and Preservation of Copper Roofing and Flashing, Masonry Restoration and Repointing, Finish Carpentry Restoration, Historical Metal Restoration, and Surface Preparation and Painting of Historical Surfaces. All Prospective Bidders Are Strongly Encouraged to Visit the Site. The Project Consists Of The Following Elements: 1. Restoration and repair of the Park Pavilion including Roofing, Finish Carpentry Repairs, and Painting. 2. Repair and Rebuilding of Brownstone Entrance Gates including Installation of New Wrought Iron Gates. 3. Restoration of a Historic Masonry and Brass Monument, which includes Masonry Restoration, and Conservation and Reproduction of Brass Signage. 4. Repair and Rebuilding of Stone Masonry Walls and Stairs.
