Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neptune City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of September 9, 2025, the project was awarded to Fiore Paving, with an awarded amount of $216,648.87** Work shall consist of concrete curb, pavement milling, repair, construction of hot mix asphalt surface course. Work includes the following approximate quantities: 10,950 square yards of pavement milling, and 1,325 tons of hot mix asphalt material, together with miscellaneous related work items. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid, drawn on an incorporated bank or trust company, payable to the Borough of Neptune City, as guarantee that in case the contract is awarded the bidder, he will, within ten days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality of any bid. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
