Subgrade Stabilization Application of Portland Cement at a rate of 3.5% across the full treated area to achieve 8" ofsubgrade, after compaction. o Thorough blending and moisture control for effective stabilization. o Compaction ofthe stabilized base to achieve 95% compaction and support for the asphalt layer.
