As of October 07, 2025, the project was awarded to Bclear water solutions, with an awarded amount of $296,663.20. This contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove the existing gas chlorination (Cl2) and dechlorination (SO2) systems, and to install fully functional Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) and Sodium Bisulfite (NaHSO3) for solution-based systems for the disinfection of treated effluent. The new systems shall consist of double-wall crosslinked polyethylene storage tanks, peristaltic metering pumps, safety equipment, site and yard piping, and flow measuring signals complete with all necessary controls, electrical wiring, and switches to enable fully automatic operation of the plant. The contractor shall also be responsible for furnishing, installing, operating, and maintaining temporary disinfection systems to ensure continuous and compliant effluent disinfection throughout the construction phase. These temporary systems must meet all applicable regulatory standards and maintain uninterrupted Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretations of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications and Plans, must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer treatment operations untilthe new permanent systems are fully operational and accepted.
