Reference Number 0000395458 Asphalt over banding, routing all cracks, and sealing concrete sections with hot poured rubber. In 2023 the City performed a PASER road survey to assess the condition of its roads. The city has allocated the necessary funds to maintain and prolong the City's infrastructure. As a result, road segments were identified as potential candidates to apply crack and joint sealing maintenance activities.
