Reference Number 0000413302 The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified vendors for barrel and sludge/wastewater removal and disposal services. Contractor will provide Barrel, & Sludge Removal and Disposal Services for the listed SMART locations per attached specifications for a three (3) year period and an option to renew for up to a maximum of two years. The Contract shall be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The prices quoted in the Bid shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, insurances, licenses, taxes, permits, fees, drawings, and all necessities and incidentals (including those not directly specified) required to provide working end services as specified herein. All prices quoted are net and shall reflect any available discount. Services shall be performed at the Oakland Terminal, Macomb Terminal, Wayne Terminal, and Hein Building.
