Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Livingston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 11,591-square-foot fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

As of August 18,2025, this project has been cancelled. There are no plans to re-bid at this time. The Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas is accepting bids on providing all material and labor to construct a Bay Expansion and Room Additions to Fire Station #2. The bid shall not include any State of Texas sales tax. The Tribe is exempt from such tax and shall provide a letter to that effect. The bid shall be submitted on the bidder s letterhead and shall be signed by the owner, partner or officer of the corporation. The signature shall be accompanied by the signee s appropriate title. The bid shall be valid for 30 days after the bid closing date. By submitting a signed bid, the signee acknowledges his bid to be a true and accurate bid based on the project specifications and site examination. The bid form shall clearly identify the project with the bid amount and construction duration in days . Estimated cost: $360,000-$600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The owner requires that all work under this contract be completed as quickly as possible and consideration will be given to time of completion when reviewing the submitted bids. TIME FOR COMPLETION SHALL BE NOTED ON THE BID LETTER. The contractor shall provide complete construction services to construct New Bay Expansion and Room Addition Per construction drawings and specifications. The contractor shall always keep the job site clean of trash and loose debris with daily clean-up, and upon completion, the site shall be cleaned of all construction materials and trash All questions shall be addressed to the owner's representative who will provide all directions to the contractor.
