E. West Street & N Willis Avenue Improvements CDBG-MIT Funds. Requires Additional Insureds and subrogation waivers. CONTRACT PERIOD: 300 Calendar Days Provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, and any other exquisite for the construction of E. West Street & N. Willis Avenue Improvements in Livingston, Polk County, Texas. 1. Approximately 12,500 Square Yards of 6" thick concrete pavement. 2. Approximately 2,000 Linear Feet of Storm Sewer Lines 3. Approximately 2,600 Linear Feet of Sanitary Sewer Lines 4. Approximately 1,000 Linear Feet of Water Lines Question Deadline 09/02/2025 No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. It is, however, the bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to any addenda issued.
