This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the Avon Maitland District School Board (the "AMDSB") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFT #25-26-06 Snow Removal and Sanding/Salting Services for all Avon Maitland District School Board school sites . The AMDSB is issuing this Request for Tender ("RFT") invitation to prospective proponents to submit a response for the provision of Snow Removal and Sanding/Salting Services. The successful proponent, following the evaluation outlined in this document, will enter into an agreement. The term of this agreement shall be for a three (3) year fixed price contract commencing on or about November 1, 2025 through until April 30, 2028. The Avon Maitland District School Board (AMDSB) shall have the option to extend the Agreement, on the same terms and conditions, for up to two (2) additional one-year terms.
