The City of Stratford is seeking the services of a qualified contractor or consultant specializing in municipal groundwater supply well inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation services. The successful Proponent will support the City in developing and executing a proactive well asset management program that satisfies the requirements of the updated Drinking Water Works Permit and Municipal Drinking Water License. Procurement will be carried out through this RFP and will include: Detailed work plans, schedules, and cost estimates for each well Demonstrated experience with similar municipal projects Qualified personnel and specialized equipment Commitment to safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance Provision of detailed post-inspection reports and recommendations This initiative will help ensure that all municipal wells remain in a state of good repair, operationally efficient, and compliant with evolving regulatory expectations.
