Site work for a water / sewer project in Hingham, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Hingham Wastewater Improvements - 2025 Upgrades to the collection system include the installation of approximately 1,195 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer main, one new 48-inch sewer manhole, one new metering manhole, and one new wastewater lagoon inlet structure. The project also involves reshaping the existing Lagoon Cell #1. Biosolids from Cell #1 will be removed and land-applied. The cell will be reshaped and enlarged, graded to accommodate a venting system, and the existing clay liner will be removed and replaced with a new 45-mil reinforced polyethylene liner installed over an 8-ounce geotextile underlayment. The scope also includes restoration of any disturbed grass areas and gravel roads. Traffic control and bypass pumping will be provided as necessary.
