Bids are invited for several unit price items of work, including installation of 1,112 LF of 6" PVC water line and 887 LF of 8" PVC sewer line . Question Deadline 08/14/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following places: City Hall, 111 West Main Street, Whitesboro, TX 76273. Hayter Engineering, Inc., 4445 S.E. Loop 286, Paris, TX 75460, 903-785-0303 The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Estimate: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 Each BIDDER must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided for in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids shall remain good and may not be withdrawn for 90 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. On request in advance, OWNER will provide each Bidder access to the site to conduct such explorations and tests as each Bidder deems necessary forsubmission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes, cleanup and restore the site to its former conditions upon completion of such explorations.
