Quotes/Bids under the Countys Annual Contract for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Annual Contract Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services Project Number: P-2024-004666 Project Name: Vista OSC Vehicle Maintenance Facility Chiller Replacement Architect/Engineer of Record: General Description of the Project. The Work consists of: replace one (1) 130 ton "like for like" chiller, pumps and salvage existing chiller for reuse by the County. Reconnect new chiller to Building Automation System Invitation for Quote/Bid. All conditions and requirements for Quote/Bid submission, consideration, and award including SBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Invitation for Quote/Bid and may be obtained by sending an email with the Project # in the subject line to: FDO-CID-Bids@pbc.gov or call (561) 233-0261. The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered. Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes/bids.
