For furnishing MLGW with: 750kVA Transformer & 480 VAC Variable Frequency Drive; Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division (MLGW) of the City of Memphis, Tennessee desires to enter one (1) purchase order for 750kVA Transformer & 480 VAC Variable Frequency Drive as itemized in the attached bid (RFQ) or proposal form with a company performing a commercially useful function in the performance of the agreement (or contract). SCOPE OF WORK A. The work required under this specification includes the design and manufacture of (1) one power/isolation transformer. B. Any exceptions to the specifications shall be submitted 5 days prior to bid due date. C. Bidder will furnish dimensional drawings along with all specifications mentioned in the TRANSFORMER section below.
