The project includes two distinct boiler replacement tasks: one involving Raypak boilers and the other involving an AERCO boiler. The objective is to restore reliable heating to the administration office, dormitories, and other sections of the facility. The purchase includes brand name Raypak and AERCO boilers with services incidental in accordance with the associated Statement of Work and Justification and Approval 1. Location: Building 1377, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, 2250 Stanley Rd, San Antonio, TX 78234 Questions: all questions must be submitted in writing to both POC's no later than Thursday, 28 August 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT. Responses to questions will be posted on SAM.gov. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
