A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes construction of two new buildings, concrete wet well, prepackaged pump station, aeration mainlines, blowers, lagoon earthwork, yard piping, generator, new irrigation facilities including mainlines, sprinklers, and valve vaults; demolition and removal of overland flow facilities and existing blowers; installation of diffusers in all lagoons, lagoon liner, successful completion of a lagoon seepage test, generator, improvements to silviculture, access, and site security.
