Renovation of a conference / convention center in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The area previously occupied by the campus bookstore will be converted to assembly space; accordingly, the building will receive a new wet sprinkler system and additional restroom fixtures. The sprinkler system design and installation will include new wet piping and wet sprinkler heads throughout the building; it will also incorporate a new water connection to the water main located on the exterior of the building. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
