Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,040-square-foot, one-story above grade, four-bed, six-room educational facility.
The project scope includes renovations of the Sam Glenn Complex facility on the main campus of Lewis-Clark State College, located at 921 4th Street, Lewiston, Idaho. The scope of the project is to renovate rooms 224 and 225 into a Physician's Assistant laboratory and classroom. The work shall include construction of a distance learning booth, four patient bedrooms, two open classroom instruction spaces, architectural finishes refresh, and all supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements, and all fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system modifications to accommodate the new construction, as indicated on the plans. There is also one additive bid alternate to construct partition walls at the four patient bedrooms in lieu of curtains. All work must be substantially completed by 7/31/2026. alternate no.1: new rooms/partitions for patient bedrooms in the 224 pa lab *base bid to only have dressing room curtains for patient bedrooms Pre-bid walkthrough will be held 11/5/2025 at 10 AM PT at the Physical Plant.
