Site work, remodeling and addition to an educational facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Kenaston Corporation is requesting bids for new entry canopy additions and vestibule remodels and associated work at both Whitman and McGhee Elementary Schools for the Lewiston School District. Bids are to be sent on provided bid forms according to instructions in the bid documents. Kenaston Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids. Each subcontractor is responsible for obtaining their own bid documents, which will be available at specified locations. Bidding will follow applicable Idaho Statutes, and a State of Idaho Public Works license is required at the time of bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the opening unless the bid award is delayed for more than 60 days.
