A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District (LOID) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from interested Construction Manager/General Contractors registered in the State of Idaho to perform preconstruction engineering and construction phase services for their Clearwater River Pump Station located one mile to the east of Lewiston, ID, including the approximate 7-mile transmission main to Mann Lake. Construction Manager/General Contractors responding to this notice must be properly licensed.
