Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project includes the following Work: Removal of the existing 103 inch by 71 inch pipe arch culvert and installation of a bottomless arch culvert. Project also includes the construction of retaining walls and plant mix pavement. Nez Perce County is in the process of procuring the bottomless arch culvert and precast concrete footings. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers' check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner.
