Renovation of a military facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Lewiston FMS No. 1 Interior Repairs. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to:Maintenance shop interior repairs: securing comm closet, adding two office spaces, removing and relocating the current breakroom kitchen casework, new breakroom,wet storage area, & library. Alternates for vehicle exhaust system replacement, stair landing enclosure, and through wall transfer grills. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.All work is to be accomplished within 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Failure to perform the work within the established time period will be grounds for withholding an appropriate amount of compensation as damages for delay.
