The bid consists of one schedule, which includes crushed rock and bedding sand products to be supplied for District use. The successful bidder shall be determined based on the lowest aggregate price bid for both materials, based upon estimated purchase volumes of 7,000 tons of crushed rock and 10,000 tons of washed sand. The term of the supply contract shall be for the District's fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, ending June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors of the Lewiston Orchards Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive all errors and informality in the bidding.
