Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Estimated award date: November 1st. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Replace all existing galvanized domestic water piping within the building with new copper piping, update all existing restrooms (10 total) to meet full accessibility with new finishes, add (1) new single user restroom, and add (1) new lactation room. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Bidder hereby agrees to commence Work under this Contract on a date to be specified in the written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to substantially complete the Project within 392 consecutive calendar days thereafter, as stipulated in the specifications. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500 for each consecutive calendar day after the established substantial completion date or adjusted date as established by change order.
