Renovation of an educational facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes new HVAC and electrical equipment and distribution systems installation within the MTB and WITT buildings as indicated. It also involves related demolition, architectural finish improvements, ceiling replacement, new lighting, and other related electrical improvements. The WITT complex will receive a new full fire sprinkler system. Bid alternate #1 includes new emergency egress lighting; bid alternate #2 includes upsizing the base bid 800 amp service to 1200 amps in the WITT complex; and bid alternate #3 will provide an exhaust system in WITT room 112/113 and new air compressor controls. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $250. Question Deadline 01/30/2026 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The work of systems upgrades in the Mechanical Technical Building (MTB) and the Wittman Complex (WITT). Work includes architectural, mechanical, and electrical work.
