Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, including sewer bypass pumping, cleaning, CCTV inspection, cutting off protruding taps, reinstating laterals, testing, traffic control, and other miscellaneous and related items of work. The schedule consists of 7,730 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe. Instructions to bidders include: All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the instructions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner. Any objections to the contents or terms of the documents shall be raised five days prior to bid opening or they shall be deemed to have been waived.
