A pre bid conference will not be held. Questions must be referred to the Purchasing Division, City of Lewiston, P.O. Box 617, Lewiston, ID 83501, or purchasing@cityoflewiston.org, or 208-746-3671. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Slurry Seal at various locations within the City of Lewiston Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Lewiston as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Lewiston reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received.
