As of April 06, 2026,project was awarded to Poe Asphalt Paving Inc, awarded amount is $1,037,213.95 Seal & Fog Coat A pre bid conference will not be held. Questions must be referred to the Purchasing Division, City of Lewiston, P.O. Box 617, Lewiston, ID 83501, or purchasing@cityoflewiston.org, or 208-746-3671. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Lewiston as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Lewiston reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 at 12:00 PM PT Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
