Scope: the successful contractor shall: 1. Become familiar with existing tennis court installations and condition. 2. Become familiar with this request for bids document, with attachments. 3. Clean the courts of all debris. 4. Perform miscellaneous court repairs to fill in all cracks in various locations on the courts, Ensuring the surface is smooth and even with the surrounding surface. 5. Provide and apply one coat of acrylic resurfacer (green) coarse with sand on entire court area. 6. Provide and apply two (2) coats of fortified plexipave (green) coarse with same to the court(s) Border. 7. Provide and apply two (2) coats of fortified plexipave (blue) coarse with sand to the court(s) Center. 8. Provide and apply two inch (2") line striping in accordance with nhiaa guidance. 9. Remove all debris from work area. Period of performance: the period of performance for this contract shall be from award, to the final acceptance of the construction contactor's work. Work can begin anytime, but must be completed this fall. High school tennis court access will be required for the spring athletic season.
