The City of Nashua, Office of Economic Development, is seeking bids for the for re-painting a portion of the Water Street vehicular guardrail between the 4 Water Street access driveway westerly to the mid-block crosswalk, approximate guardrail length is 165 linear-feet. Bids shall include all labor, materials, and associated ancillary equipment needed to perform the work. The City requires the existing guardrail paint be removed as applicable in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements. Existing guardrail and posts shall be painted using a rust preventative paint, color black. Quote shall include all materials, labor, and equipment required for the paint removal and re-painting of the Water Street vehicular guardrail, including permitting, disposal of waste material, and traffic control. Anticipated contract approval will be at the September 9th Board of Alderman Meeting with "Notice of Award" to follow on or about September 10, 2025. Project will begin once a written "Notice to Proceed" is issued after Payment & Performance Bonds and Certificate of Insurance is received. Completion times for the project will be as follows: Substantial Completion shall be by October 17, 2025. Final completion shall be by November 7, 2025.
