The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is seeking bids for the installation of a guardrail along a section of Tinker Road.Approximate guardrail length is 350 linear-feet with two EAGRT terminal end units. The guardrail, posts, and hardware shall be galvanized steel and installed in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements. Bidsshall include all materials, labor, and associated ancillary equipment required for the installation of the guardrail, including permitting and traffic control. Completion times for the project will be as follows: Substantial Completion shall be by August 29, 2026. Final completion shall be by September 30, 2026. Deadline for Bidder Questions Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 1:00pm The City of Nashua, through the Mayor, who is the awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the Citys best interest. If a Vendor chooses to submit their bid outside of Bonfire, they may submit one (1) paper copy and one (1) digital copy on a USB drive sealed in an envelope/package clearly marked IFB0540-100825. Bids must be submitted in the format provided and addresses the item(s) specified in the IFB package.
