**As of November 19, 2025, project is cancelled due to concerns about cold temperatures. They were like to rebid in spring. No definite date yet.** Nashua Joint Special School Building Committee is soliciting bids from qualified firms for the construction of asphalt walkways at Stellos Stadium. The project involves installation of two new asphalt walkways: one that is 7 feet wide by 420 linear feet around the south end zone and another that is 6 feet wide by 142 linear feet along the northwest edge of the field. The work is within the stadium complex, between the existing fenced boundaries. All materials, labor, and equipment required for the construction of the new walkway are to be provided. The walkway must meet current ADA requirements, retain existing infrastructure (scoreboard, backstop fence, and their equipment), require the contractor to locate all underground utilities before starting work, and be coordinated with the Parks Department Superintendent. All work must comply with the NHDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, latest edition. The bid should be submitted using the provided template and must list the cost of services. The existing infrastructure must not be disturbed and any damages to the stadium infrastructure will be the contractor's responsibility.
