Renovation of an educational facility in Gurnee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
ATC Fume Hoods Grinding Room Project located at 7735 W. Grand Avenue, Gurnee, IL The Project consists of the construction of the work described below. 1. Providing pre-manufactured hoods over existing robotic welding stations, including exhaust duct connections and lighting. 2. Providing downdraft grinding tables, including new power in the Grinding Room. 3. Replacing glass in two hollow metal frames in the Grinding Room. 4. Providing cleaning and painting of the Grinding Room. Refer to Section 01 23 00 - Alternates. 5. Providing stainless steel waiscotting All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the College of Lake County for not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount. Should the bidder require additional information about this bid, please submit questions via email to:bids@clcillinois.edu. Questions are required no later than 4:00 P.M. CST on July 28, 2025. All responses will be posted on the College website by 4:00 P.M. CST on August 4, 2025.
