The College Station Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for fencing project to meet State Standards outlined TAC 61.1031 and interpreted by TEA practical use of fencing to secure schools. CSP documents may be downloaded by selecting the "Attachments" tab and clicking on "download" for each of the documents including addends to prepare and submit your response. It is the responsibility of the supplier/contractor to keep informed of any activities and addendum's relating to this bid opportunity. College Station ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically. To view the full specifications of the solicitation and to submit a proposal, you must be registered as a supplier within our online system and must log in. For assistance with the online registration and/or submittal process, please contact Purchasing at 979-764-5449. Award may be made to other than the low-dollar offeror and given the one offering the "best value" to the school district, in addition to the purchase price, based on the published selection criteria and on its ranking evaluation. Question Deadline 08/18/2025 at 2:00 PM CT All questions should be submitted via the Questions tab in the district's online bidding system. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the Competitive Sealed Proposal process. No proposal shall be withdrawn within 30 days after the proposal opening without the specific consent of the Owner.
