The scope of work includes 2 depth roadway milling, 3/4 depth 9.5mm fine grade Superpave WMA wearing (leveling) course, 0 to 0.3 million design ESALs; 1 depth 9.5mm Superpave WMA wearing course, 0 to .3 million design ESALs, SRL-H; bituminous wedge curb; base repair; roadway milling/profiling; adjustment of manholes and storm inlets to grade; adjustment of valve boxes to grade; traffic control, restoration, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Harmar Township to guarantee the bidders entrance into the contract if given the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
