Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lexington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following as indicated on the drawings: Railing Upfit of the main Old Cecil School entrance rampway c. Proposals shall be received for a Single Prime contract for Upfit Railings. Payments will be made at ninety five percent (95%) of approved monthly applications until a maximum of two and one half percent (2.5%) total retainage is reached at 50% completion per N.C.G.S. 143-134.1 (b1)- through (e). Final Certificates and payment will be issued upon acceptance of the work as complete. No bid may be withdrawn after time set for receiving bids for a period of forty-five (45) days. Davidson County maintains the goal of ten percent (10%) minority participation in all contracts. All bidders are expected to make and document a good faith effort to achieve this goal. All the required MBE documents are at the end of this project manual.
