Reference Number 0000299377 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/09 11:59:00 PM EDT The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have managerial and technical experience to complete the design, graphic printing and fabrication services, and multimedia production service for the Canadian Children Museum Renewal project (CCMR) in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. This is a two-step one-envelope submission process to prequalify Proponents who may then be invited to submit Proposals during the second step of this process. The two-step procurement process is comprised of this RFPQ and a Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The intent of the Museum is to invite the top three (3) Proponents who meet the prequalification requirements, defined in the RFPQ document, to submit Proposals (includes a Virtual Quick Pitch and the Price Proposal Form) for this Project during the next step of the competition. The Museum is currently working to renew the CCM, which is located within the Canadian Museum of History building. The Canadian Museum of History is embarking on a major renewal of this iconic space. CMH is seeking a leading design firm with a track record of developing museum experiences for children (or a firm with comparable experience) to support the project. This is a prestigious opportunity to collaborate with a national museum in shaping the future of the CCM. The relaunched CCM aims to be inclusive, accessible and an innovator in the children s museum space. The new experience will boldly embrace Free-Play pedagogy and align synergistically with the Canadian Museum of History s mandate and brand.
