The purchase of one (1) 4-way Medium Voltage Switchgear as further described in the Specifications and Drawings documents. The switchgear will replace the existing Lou Romano Water Reclamation Plant substation MV Switchgear which has been in service for over 50 years and is approaching its operation end of life. Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing By-Law No. 93-2012 and amendments thereto. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), approved July 1, 2017.
