To ensure consistent interpretation of certain items, answers to questions will be posted on the City of Milford website The total allocated budget for the Project is $400,000.00 inclusive of all design and construction costs. The design and construction must be tailored to fit within the budget. The parcel size upon which the miniature golf course will be constructed is22,000 sf. The course must fit within this amount of space. The course is required to be a family-friendly 18 hole course with easy conversation to a professional course. The course is required to be accessible and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable accessibility laws, codes, rules, and regulations. The course is required to have 2 water features. The course is required to have a natural or simulated stone bridge capable of supporting public pedestrian traffic The course is required to have a permanent lighthouse incorporated into the scenery. The course is required to have elevation changes on at least one hole. The pathways to each hole and entry to the course by the public is required to be decorative concrete walks The course is required to have decorative simulated or natural rock features at a minimum of one hole The design and cost proposal shall include at least a 10' x 10' lockable and secure ticket booth and space for equipment storage. The structure must include adequate electrical power and contain the appropriate mechanicals, including HVAC. The Design-Builder shall include miniature golf equipment consisting of at least 100 putters of various sizes (75 adult and 25 junior) and 15 dozen colored balls of equal color distribution.
