Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Milford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes blasting and painting the interior water cavities and tank exteriors. The project also includes the replacement of the existing roof vents, the installation of new stairs to replace the existing tanks access ladders, the removal of the existing cathodic protection systems, the removal of the existing Tank No. 1 weir box and the installation of a new overflow weir on the interior of the tank. In order to attend the Pre-Bid meeting, the Bidder shall submit a written request stating his/her intention to attend this Pre-Bid meeting. If a written request is NOT received, then the Bidder will not be allowed to attend the PreBid. All Bidders shall complete a Confidentiality Agreement prior to reviewing or purchasing Bid Documents and/or attending the Pre-Bid meeting. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional Bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents.
